Woo Hoo! Everything looks yummy! To save money - I like to use stuff around the house i.e. left over packaging, ribbons, anything cute that I just can't throw away as embellishments!

I can't think of one single frugal idea, i ALWAYS buy on sale, never full price. And i have a drawer full of my paper scraps, I don't always end up using them, but my 6 yr old daughter does and then she feels like she has a fun scrapbook supply too.
I would love to come to Atlanta but i think my new house takes presidence over a trip :)

Wow, another great giveaway! My frugal tip...I use all my "left over sticker letters" for monogram cards...I usually have so many "consonants" left over and they're great for the first letter of who ever the recipient of the card is for. Another tip...(I have so much patterned paper) I have to use of 5 pp in order to purchase 1 new sheet! It's been working so far, I've been using up LOTS of my stash and haven't felt the need to buy anymore...for now :)

Oh my, I live in Atlanta, and didn't know that was going on. I'll have to check that out.
My tip: if I want to make a tag that matches the mat I'm using, I cut a small tag out of the middle that you don't see once I put the photo on.

my favourite way to save money is to scrap digitally and email the pages to friends / family or post on a blog.... you can print which ever you want for an album or just use as wallpaper on your computer....and with s many freebies out there - you cant get more frugal than that !!

I guess my frugal tip would be to find creative ways to use what you already have. Not very exciting is it?:)

I try to keep a scrap wishlist and it amazes me how something I wanted so badly when it was first released might lose its luster. When something has remained on the list and stood the test of time, I'll finally look for it online.
I consider punches a frugal choices, because you can use them over and over, make your own embellishments with them, and my boys love playing with them too.

Ohhh, I must enter for a chance, you got me the moment you described your giveaway as enchanting and whimsical! Just what I need right now!
My frugal tip? For me it is realizing the journaling (the recording of the moment) is the most important thing on the page - not the embellishments. I don't have to buy everything out there.

My frugal tip is to either save the negative space from chipboard shapes or trace around the chipboard shape on another piece of chipboard before you use it. Then you have a pattern to use forever. I use cereal boxes (or that kind of box), the backs of notepads, and my LSS sold sheets {cheaply} of chipboard. They come with every package of patterned paper the store got. Ask, they may just give you some!

I have tried to become a more frugal scrapbooker by investing in reusable supplies like punches and stamps, and I use the computer or a die cut machine for lettering instead of buying lettering. I also try to buy adhesive with coupons and save my scraps.

My frugal tip is to use what you have. When you are constantly buying, you tend to forget about the gorgeous stuff you already have.

When I buy clothing that comes with extra buttons, I usually use them on my scrapbooking pages. :)

My frugal tip would have to be to use any packaging received from purchases. The text and images are always really beautiful. Why throw any of it out when it can be used on many layouts. And on the plus side you create less waste so it's a green tip as well. Enjoy! Thanks for the weekly giveaways, they are always fun!!
