Simplify 101 • one person will receive a spot in the online workshop Organize Your Paper Clutter with Aby Garvey

Paper, paper everywhere! That paper mountain growing on your countertop
represents a loss of freedom, a loss of control, and a nagging feeling
in your gut that something important isn’t getting attended to. Your
paper, and the feelings it creates, makes it hard to relax, focus or
even have fun.

Here’s
the good news: there is a better way! With the right paper organizing
systems in place—those created with you, your paper, and your home in
mind—you can free yourself from paper clutter and the stress that comes
along with it. In Organize Your Paper Clutter, you’ll learn a
step-by-step process on how to decide if you need a piece of paper (and
for how long!) and how to organize it so you’ll find it again right
when you need it! Your piles (and your stress!) will be replaced by
organizing systems you love, and feelings of confidence, relief and
peace of mind!

Start date: Tuesday, April 21, 2009
End date: Tuesday, June 9, 2009
Registration status:  open!

Well, its tough to pick just one........but....I'd have to say The Five People You Meet in Heaven and Tuesdays with Morrie, both by Mitch Albom are among some other faves.

My favorite book at the moment is "Breaking Dawn" of the Twilight series. I love the series, and that's my favorite of them. Of course, I am completely in love with the Harry Potter series as well. I love the kids books the best, guess I'm just a kid at heart.
    thanks

My favorite book is Guess How Much I Love You. I know it is a children's book, but it has always been my favorite:) When I first met my husband we got into a discussion about books and he mentioned that he too loved Guess How Much I Love You, I knew then that he was the one for me:)Now we have a small collection of Guess How Much I Love You books for our baby.

There are too many good books to have ONE favorite, but one that I love and am re-reading at the moment is "Possession" by A.S. Byatt. Not a quick or easy read, but the language is beautiful, the poetry wonderful and evocative and the mystery intriguing. I love the way it entwines the past and present without being trite.
For an easier read, I always love "The Secret Garden" this time of year!
    Blessings!

It's a book I've loved since childhood and is now out of print (thankfully I have a copy) - Pink Maple House by Christine Noble Govan. If you can get a copy to read to Anna when she gets older, I think you'll love it! At 43, it's still one of my favorites!
And I love the Songbird Ave. kit! Beautiful work!!!

I think everyone should read Eat, Pray, Love by Elizabeth Gilbert... even if you're not religious. It is so inspiring.

I thought My Sister's Keeper by Jodi Picoult was a great book. It's been a little while since I read it but I had to go back a reread the ending because it wasn't what I expected!!

One of my favorite books is an oldy but a goody... Lovely Bones by Alice Sebold. It is a very moving story of a young girl who is murdered, then watches over her family as they (and her) deal with her death. It's guaranteed to make you cry but a very good story and there is going to be a movie based on the book coming out later this year. Happy reading!

I just finished "The Art of Racing in the Rain" for a book club. It was about a dog and told mostly from the dogs perspective. It brought laughs and tears but overall a good read.
