Simplify 101 • one person will receive a spot in the online workshop Organize Your Paper Clutter with Aby Garvey
Paper, paper everywhere! That paper mountain growing on your countertop
represents a loss of freedom, a loss of control, and a nagging feeling
in your gut that something important isn’t getting attended to. Your
paper, and the feelings it creates, makes it hard to relax, focus or
even have fun.
Here’s
the good news: there is a better way! With the right paper organizing
systems in place—those created with you, your paper, and your home in
mind—you can free yourself from paper clutter and the stress that comes
along with it. In Organize Your Paper Clutter, you’ll learn a
step-by-step process on how to decide if you need a piece of paper (and
for how long!) and how to organize it so you’ll find it again right
when you need it! Your piles (and your stress!) will be replaced by
organizing systems you love, and feelings of confidence, relief and
peace of mind!
Start date: Tuesday, April 21, 2009
End date: Tuesday, June 9, 2009
Registration status: open!
Read more specific details for the workshop here.

I am absolutely into NFP. That's a book about natural family planning.
It shows how the female cycle works, and how you can use it for natural birth control by measuring basal bodytemperature and analysing cervix. I like the method because it shows you exactly when your reproductive days are, and when it is better to use alternative birth control. Also it is without hormones and chemistry which really affected me. That is my book!

If you haven't already, you've got to try 'things I learned about my dad (in therapy)' by Heather B. Armstrong (aka Dooce) - it's the literature version of Tapas for parents.

My favorite book of all time is "Pretense" by Lori Wick. A close second would definitely be the "Twilight" series by Stephenie Meyer.

My favorite book is the Twilight series... fun. But for a good building block book... "The 5 Love Languages" and "for kids" and "for teenagers"... great books! How could I resist learning more about how to better love the ones that mean the most to me. Love your stuff and your family is beautiful!

My current favorite book is The Kite Runner by Khaled Hosseini- it's so emotional and really made me think. Hopefully I'll soon have time to read A Thousand Splendid Suns by the same author. I've heard it's really good as well. Thanks for the chance to win- I love all of the awesome prizes you're giving away! Have a great night!

My favorite will always be Anne of Green Gables. I still remember getting it for Christmas and how it felt to read it for the first time. Although sometimes at the library I'll still take out a Nancy Drew book for the simple fun of a good mystery.

I don't have an all time favorite book, but a great one I read recently is The Pillars of the Earth. I'm also really loving "I'll teach my dog a lot of words" that I read to my toddler every night:)
