My favorite thing about the summer is having more time in the evenings to spend with my family and relax without school-year activities each night.

My favorite thing about the summer months is spending time at the beach or the lake with my family and friends.

I SO love the smell of sunscreen, and that dried-out, sandy feeling you have when you come back from an afternoon at the beach!

My favorite is day light saving time! I love having a couple of hours when I get home from work to be able to spend time outside in the daylight! Wether it is mowing the grass or walking.

Warm summer nights, bright sunny days, flowers everywhere and lots of outside fun with my 3 kiddos!

Flip flops and sundresses! Also being a school teacher, during the summer months I have lots of time to catch up on my scrapbooks:)

In summer i love....the life in street from 7am to 22 am....and ice-creams!!!

The longer days! I love the sunshine!

I love how relaxed everyone seems to be throughout the summer months! And I love celebrating my husband's, my sister's, my older brother's and my birthday!

I love everything about summer! I love the heat, the blue skies, cold lemonade, lazy days filled with the joys of our family. I love the summer surprises like lightning bugs, the ice cream man coming by and being able to treat everyone but most of all I love all the family activities from spend the nights to cookouts. All these give me joy and endless photo opportunities to treasure forever.

Long Warm Nights, Beach, Mangoes, Barefeet, Really Cold Beer, More Beach, Hammocks, Strawberries, Prawns on the Barbie, did I mention Beach?

I just LOVE not having to get 2 pokey children ready 5 days a week. Personally, I LOVE getting up before the sun comes up and enjoying the peace and quiet before most of the neighborhood stirs.

I love the long days of summer!

I love the sheer possibility of each day, mostly blank slates with a little work and drivers ed for my 15 year old to hem the edges. To venture to a water park or a new place to eat lunch?..(not served on a plastic tray thank you very much!) or a trip to the library and a long day of reading...
I love no homework the very best with sweet corn, tomatoes and tall sunflowers following right behind...dreaming summer dreams....
