I work at a school, so my favorite thing about summer is the six weeks I get off from work!! I'm stockpiling scrapbooking projects to work on and I can't wait to dig in!

Favorite things about summer days....staying up late with the kids swimming or playing outside. Not having to get to bed at a specific time for school the next day:)

my absolute favorite thing about the summer months is how perfect it feels to just sit on the front steps eating a popsicle! I love that summer brings free entertainment for the kiddies with the pool, backyard BBQ's, and those yummy red/orange/ or purple messes on a stick that seem to be the best thing ever on a hot day!

My favorite thing about Summer is easy...the hot Sun!!!! Living in Canada we get hard winters so when Summer rolls around and it heats up I'm in heaven!

I love water play! Sprinklers, kiddie pools & the lake are my summer favs. Or . . . maybe it's the cute girls in swim suits!

Favorite thing about summer? I'm a teacher, so my answer is easy! No students!! Those kits are AWESOME and will be perfect for scrapping my son's first trip to the beach this summer!

My favorite thing about the summer ones is a purely selfish one - NOT making lunches at 6:30 in the morning! :-)

I love summer because both of my daughters are home from college then. We are united as a family and can enjoy each other's company. Also it makes for lots of opportunity to take scrapbooking pictures!!!

For me the summer months bring me blossoms from my daylillies, sparkles from the fish fins as the sun shines on my little pond and at the setting of the sun I can see the bats arcing about. I love my little corner of the world. ms.cheryl

My favorite thing about the summer months is the time my husband, daughter and I spend together relaxing. One of our favorite things to do is sit out on our deck, each of us reading a book quietly. It's just nice to sit there, enjoying the outdoors and the quiet time we can spend together.

Now that I live in the Valley of the Sun - about the only thing I enjoy about summer here is Air Conditioning and swimming pools.
Ok, wait - I do enjoy the longer days. Since I'm driving in to work at 4am, it's nice to see the sun come up soon after and stay up long after I've been home.

During the summer Fridays are beach day with my girls. We're lucky to live close to several wonderful lakes. So on Fridays we pack a lunch and fill the car with beach toys and off we go. Mom gets to relax and the girls have a blast.

Sleeping in, kids getting so bored they invent new games and fun things to do and that I actually get scrapbooking done!
