My favorite thing is sitting outside with my hubbie on our patio deck after work as the sun sets, with a cool glass of iced tea or lemonade, going over each of our day's events. Great connecting time.

I love being able to pick fresh strawberries from the garden to add to home-made ice cream. Yummy!

Aaahh Summer. As a fellow Oregonian, you know we just cherish those endless sun-filled days that go on well into the evening, my girl's birthday on the Fourth of July, picking berries and making pies from them, sleeping late, hiking outdoors... this list could go on, but I'll stop here.

I am a teacher so for me it is time to sleep in, build forts, go camping, and really enjoy being with my boys each day!!

Sitting in the adirondack chairs on our back patio with my husband while sipping on a glass of white and watching the sunset across the lake while our boys roll down the hill in the backyard. Pure Bliss.

Favorite thing about summer is getting to go outside without a coat on! I know it sounds simple, but I am basically trapped inside my coat for so long during the winter... it's so nice to not have to worry about it! (I live in Boston, so our winter is loooooong.)

I am a teacher, so I LOVE being home with my kids in the summer. We have so much fun together!

Drinking lemonade at 8pm and it is still light and warm out. Or better yet, open windows! I live in Wisconsin, its the little things.
