I love having more time to spend with family and friends in the summer. BBQ, the beach, cool summer drinks, sleeping in. And of course taking lots of pictures to scrapbook later.

My favorite thing about summer is wearing sandals and shorts, and getting to play with my kids outside!

I love the colors of summer. All the bright pool and water toys, the plants at Home Depot wanting to be in my yard, and traveling to see family. Also the smell of the grill almost every night in our neighborhood.

My favorite thing about the summer months is that we're not on such a tight schedule. We can sleep in a bit and not have to rush out the door to get to school on time. Having slow mornings are a great thing about summer.

living on the seacoast we just love the beach! We live 3 minutes away which makes it very easy to go down right after dinner. The kids run, swim,dig and go tidepooling all before bedtime.

I'm a dork, but I love summer classes! I usually take some of my lighter required courses over the summer, and then go swim laps at the YMCA afterwards. I love getting my mind and my body working hard in the same day!
