Watching the hummingbirds

I love the time I get to spend with my boys. they are able to enjoy a couple of months of carefree fun time, as all kids should.

Not having to find boots, mittens and hats for the mad morning rush out the door.

The smell of the ocean...the kids playing in the sand and the giant amount of rest they need afterwards to recover...lol

My favorite thing about summer is that I am off work and get to sleep in.

I like the more laid-back schedule of summer where I can just play with my kids, and we can go where we want when we want.

I must say now that we are getting to the end of the school year I am so looking forward to no homework for the summer. One of my favorite things though is hanging out on our street with all of our neighbors and the kids getting to play until the sun goes down.

Just did it today...playing in the sprinkler with my boys!

My favorite part of summer is going to the beach! I live about 4 1/2 hours from the beach, so quick trips are the best! I also love late afternoons by the pool, the smell of freshly cut grass, and grilling out with friends. And, my birthday is in June. I'm knocking on 35's door and saying bring it on! ;)

I love family vacation in the summer - it's a great time when everyone gets to be together!!

My favorite thing about summer has to be my daughter's birthday and this July we're celebrating a big mile stone she will be "5" this year and starting kindergarten at the end of July. But summer also means a lot of time together in the pool!

i loooooove getting being warm enough to walk around without having to wrap up warm in a big jacket or sweater. Add some sunglasses and accessories, and its an instant high feel good factor!

My favorite thing about summer is the fact that we don't have to live by a schedule...school is out and even though I still have to work I just like having my daughter home with me...thanks for the giveaway

Last minute dates with my girlfriends after work!
We can call each other just a few minutes before the workday ends, hop in a car and drive to the beach for drinks, dinner, the last rays of sunshine of the day, good conversations, lots of laughter and a totally relaxed feeling.
These dates are the best dates!
