My favorite tradition is a simple, daily one...me and my girls (I stay at home with them) walk to the post office and get the mail, then walk to the grocery store and buy "pig juice" (Hogwash), and then cross the street and spend some time playing at the park. Love that we live in a small town and can do this!!! 8 )

As of this summer, a new tradition is going to be a weekend motorcycle trip. I just bought a bike and am excited to plan this summer's trip (probably to bend) and then go a little further every year!

I am looking forward to a few favorite summer traditions, like taking the RV to a lake and camping with our whole family, having impromptu wiener roasts, along with watermelon and marshmallows, and because we live in the extreme north, being up until all hours, and enjoying the fact that it barely gets dark these days. A bit later in the summer are the times we stay outside in the evening and watch the spectacular Northern Lights. Have a wonderful summer, everyone!

One of my favorite summer traditions is going up to my husbands grandparents cabin with the entire family. I always love the time we spend there. No TV. Just fun outdoors, and playing family games at night. Thanks for the awesome giveaway!

Every summer our whole family attends a community outdoor theatre where we bring blankets and snacks and watch a musical production. Our friend's children are usually in the cast.

A favorite summer tradition is to have picnics (we usually pick up something from KFC) and eat them in our favorite park!

The 4th of July parade in our downtown; something we've done for the 25 years we've lived here. But I can remember going to my grandma & grandpa's house every year for their 4th of July parade. Sitting on the curb with the whole family watching the marching bands, flags, veterans, politicians, scouts, and floats. Then a BBQ and at night fireworks!!! It's not summer without those traditions.

Fave summer tradition: our daily late night walk, hubby and I. Love the air then and the fireflies are out.

4 generations taking turns at packing the ice & salt, & cranking the old fashioned homemade icecream maker. then, sitting around and eating it together and giggling over the amount of icecream dribbling down the chins of the little ones faces.

For the last several years we have done a staycation sometime in July or August. We try to do something fun and special each day for a week from home. We backyard camp, go the lake or pool for the day, the zoo, eat fun foods and each year the ice cream truck just happens to drive down our street during one evening of our staycation so my girls think that it is part of our tradition.
I love all the fun yumminess that you are giving away. You have awesome and generous sponsers.

My husband is gone a lot during the summers, because he is a fireman. So, my favorite tradition is when all five of us are at home together, and we have a bbq on the back deck, while the kids play in the yard.
