My favorite summertime memory is going up to Baguio with all my cousins + aunts + uncles where we had a cottage. We spent the days playing tag and a Filipino game called Patintero. I remember the popsicles, tofu dessert, and grilled corn! We also went horseback riding and biking. I need to go back and visit soon.

I love summer. My favorite memory is when we took a driving vacation through California and up the Oregon and Washington coasts when I was 12. Amazing! Wish I had some pictures of it...

One of my favorite memories is of the days I spent reading Nancy Drew books on my friends front porch swing and biking all over town. I live out in the country now and wish my kids could experience the freedom of a bike on summer days--but just not safe where we are.

gorgeous tags! my favourite summer memories are probably from my first trip to Canada when I was 4. I still have clear memories of lots of play parks, going to the zoo, my first time on a horse and playing with my cousins :)

This one is so easy. Up until I was 12 I lived on Pershing Blvd. We pretty much did everything on that one city block. It was a block of about 10 houses all filled with families and kids. My favorite thing to do was get together with Lisa, Joey, Jeff, Suzie, Pammy, Patty and Michael and have a parade around our block. We'd get our bikes, wagons, skates, flags, musical instruments and build a whole parade in our driveway and then march around the entire block a few times. My Mom was so great - she would help us decorate our bikes and sometimes we even brought our dogs. Loved that! I live in a neighborhood without sidewalks - I miss sidewalks so much!

One year, my parents and a friend of mine went camping at the beach. We had a motorhome as well as a small two-person tent which we spent a lot of time setting up on the perfect spot. All of us went for a lengthy hike searching for shells and pretty rocks and when we came back, our perfectly placed tent had blown several hundred feet down the beach. We laughed so hard it took forever to get our abode back to where it belonged. Plus that night we had the best toasted marshmallows EVER!

I spent lots of time during my summers with my grandma and grandpa. Lottery tickets, doughnuts and playing outside were my summers with them.

One of my favorite childhood memories is reconnecting with three of my favorite cousins during our annual family reunion trip in late June. I only saw these guys at this event so it's something I looked forward to ALL year! Walking the capitol bldg. grounds, playing at Lagoon, in awe of the beauty of the Salt Palace and my Mom's history there, and walking down a residential street that seemed as if my family members were the only ones who lived on it! Laughing, sharing memories, and loving EVERY minute of this once a year event!

My favorite summer time memory from childhood is how every summer in the evenings my mom and I would go to Tom Chapin concerts in the park near the Hudson River when we lived in Peekskill NY. Nothing beats those days!

Going to my Grandparents house for Christmas when i was little is definatly one of my favorite memories. My Grandma made all kinds of great food, the house was decorated so beautifly, and it was the only time i got to see some of our relatives that lived farther away. Great times!!
