My favorite summer time memory was being able to fly from Wash. to Tenn to see my grandparents and cousins for each year from the time I was 12 til I was 20. I spent the whole summer there and got close to my cousins and to this day I still go back every to visit.

my favorite summer time memory is when I used to live a short walk through the forest to the beach on the west coast. We would play all day in the waves, and catch little crabs, find cool looking shells and rocks and then walk back home, hungry, tired but really happy. Those were the days.

My favorite was the summer of no shoes! Me and the neighborhood friends swore off shoes for the whole summer -- and we loved it!

I grew up in a sagebrush desert in Idaho, and I loved to sit among the sagebrush and cacti and make mud (since it was so rare naturally) and mix it into mud cakes and houses for stink bugs. Weird, perhaps, but fun.

We drove to the Gulf coast every summer and spent a week soaking up the sun, eating fish and making family memories. And now...I get to do the same with my children.

When I was growing up my family belonged to a pool club in New Jersey, it was so much fun taking the car ride, stopping for fried chicken on the way and then playing in the pools, jumping off the diving boards and playing with cousins and friends who came along with us.

Can't decide between playing in the water sprinkler with the neighbors OR going to our lake house every weekend with my dad's family.

My favorite Childhood memory is of a summer I spent at Russian River with my aunt and uncle. I learned to swim, slept on a golf course and had the sprinklers turn on, and a ton of other fantastic memories.

My favorite summer memory is spending time at my grandparent's house on the weekends. My good friend lived next door and we would play all day and then my grandmother would cook me a yummy dinner and I would watch CHiPs with my grandfather!
