My favorite tradition is Hot Cocoa + Biscotti + Christmas movies every Friday and Saturday night in December with all of the Christmas lights on. Such a cozy feeling when the house is warmly lit.

My favorite Christmas tradition is decorating the house for the holidays - the trees, our Nativity and the rest of the house, all done of course while listening to our local radio station playing nothing but Christmas tunes from the day after Thanksgiving all the way through Christmas Day!

All of it is great. But one thing would be the Christmas music. It just puts me in the holiday mood to enjoy all of the other favourite December things.

It's hard to pick just one favorite tradition, but I'd say new ornament for each child based on their interests or activities that year. My boys who are now teenagers still look forward to seeing their new ornament each year.

Amazing giveaways! Thank you for the chance to win! My favorite tradition is taking the whole family to walk down the 'street of lights'. Everyone on an entire block (in a local neighborhood) decorates their houses with fabulous displays of lights, life sized props, trains and other unique decorations for the holidays. They set up a hot cocoa/coffee booth and give all the children candy canes. It's such a fun thing to do with the entire family!

We are of Polish descent and we have Wigilia on Christmas Eve. We wait until the first star has been seen, we exchange blessed wafer (Holy Communion) with each other and wish each other health and happiness, then we eat! We exchange presents (extended family only 'cause we each spend Christmas Day with our immediate family).
It's just not Christmas without that blessed wafer...

My favorite tradition is going out with my husband and our dogs to cut down a tree. And this year it will be even more special because we'll be taking our baby boy!
