Our favorite tradition is watching "How the Grinch Stole Christmas," with our family. It's the official start to the season and a cherished experience!

Our favorite Christmas tradition is to sit under the tree in the dark with only the twinkling lights falling down on us as we reminisce on Christmases past.

One of my favorite December traditions is getting out the stack of Christmas books, and reading one of the versions of _Twas the Night Before Christmas_.

We live outside of Chicago so every year we take the train downtown. We see Santa at Marshall Fields(Macys), skate at Millennium Park, and have lunch at The Berghoff. We have been doing this for 14 years and it is our favorite family event :)

We have many Christmas traditions. One of my favorites is going to Midnight Mass on Christmas Eve. Everyone is all dressed up, everything is beautifully decorated and lit up and we sing all the Christmas songs. Really feels like Christmas then.

Awesome giveaways!!! Our favorite tradition is making new ornaments, garland or tags out of the Christmas cards we received the following years. It's great to recycle and at the same time, reminisce about the greetings we received from loved ones the previous year. We also put the photo cards into an album and compare the pics to see how families have changed/grown/aged over the years - it's so much fun!
happy holidays to you!

Our favorite tradition was started when our children were small. Each member of the family gets a new ornament each year. When my children were ready to move away from home, they had a nice beginning to their own ornament collections.
