Sponsor Giveaways : Studio Calico, Memory Works, Lisa Leonard, & Designer Digitals

Three people will win the entire Home Front collection (papers, stickets, journaling cards, and FabRips) from Studio Calico.
The concept of Studio Calico began long before it was a reality. In 2000, while working at a local scrapbook store, April developed an appreciation for innovative supplies along with a respect for preserving memories. Thus, the concept of combining fresh products with non-traditional scrapbook supplies emerged.
At Studio Calico, we hope to encourage the creative process by providing the best supplies on the market as well as a community that is supportive every step of the way.
In the past 2 years we've grown from an idea, to a small boutique of sorts, to manufacturing our own products. As we've grown, we've stayed true to the basics, while looking to the future.

Three people will receive the lovely Word Of The Year necklace from Lisa Leonard Designs.
In addition Lisa is offering a discount for readers. Enter "myword15" for 15% off your purchase.

My word of the year is ENJOY, I wanna live more in the moment and enjoy even the smallest things in life- and one step to get there is to cut down on computer and tv time and spend more time with my loved ones.

My word is REAL. My goal this year is to be real: genuine, sincere, honest. To be who I'm created and called to be, the way God sees me, and not to project someone I want others to see. To be okay with that 'real' me.

My word for this year is change. Change in my career, change in my weight, change in my attitude. Change is something I normally have a hard time accepting, but this year I'm embracing it!! Thanks for the giveaway Ali!!

Hi, Ali! I have already begun exercising and making better lifestyle choices in support of my resolution. Also, I am focusing more on scrapbooking and telling our family story this year, making time to document better. I love to do this and look at it as a reward for AFTER I get my work done. This year, I want to make it a priority.

My word is "Document" -- and my plan is to document with pictures and words our lives this year. I am going to attempt a picture-a-day project again -- last year I made it to May -- with an emphasis on capturing pictures that tell a story of the day. I still want to take *great* pictures, but I find that those tend to come in bursts and I'm going to let it happen that way.

I've chosen discipline. I've never been a disciplined person so I'm trying to demonstrate my commitment to discipline by blogging and doing a photo365 project. I'm so excited to engage in a creative activity all year.

My word for the year is "do". I have so many things that I plan to do and past couple of years, none of them have been acomplished. This year I have a "to-do" list for my house and my craft, and I plan to accomplish one item a month. Not really a lofty goal, but maybe one I can reach.

My word for 2010 is Fancy. In the context of this definition....suggests an imagining often unrestrained by reality but spurred by desires. In the sense of the power of conceiving and giving artistic form to that which is not existent, known, or experienced.
I'm tired of only dreaming for my life in the context of what I think can actually become a reality. It's time I start to fancy a new life for myself. :)

My word is US. I married my high school sweetheart this past Oct. We're 41 and 42. Goes to prove it's never too late to have a happy ending. I knew we were meant to be when I was only 15. We make a point of spending as much time together as possible on a daily basis.

I am a perfectionist to the core and so I have chosen the word VULNERABLE. I am going to abandon my need to finish the perfect page. And yes, this makes me feel incredibly vulnerable. I have been acquainting myself with vulnerability in the last couple of months. It has been my willingness to feel vulnerable that has led to healing and growth in some of my personal struggles. I am looking forward to this year of personal discovery.

My word is STEADFAST. We are paying off our bills and so many times I want to get off track but I am focused and need to keep thinking of the starting line to true freedom from debt.
