Sponsor Giveaways : Studio Calico, Memory Works, Lisa Leonard, & Designer Digitals

Three people will win the entire Home Front collection (papers, stickets, journaling cards, and FabRips) from Studio Calico.
The concept of Studio Calico began long before it was a reality. In 2000, while working at a local scrapbook store, April developed an appreciation for innovative supplies along with a respect for preserving memories. Thus, the concept of combining fresh products with non-traditional scrapbook supplies emerged.
At Studio Calico, we hope to encourage the creative process by providing the best supplies on the market as well as a community that is supportive every step of the way.
In the past 2 years we've grown from an idea, to a small boutique of sorts, to manufacturing our own products. As we've grown, we've stayed true to the basics, while looking to the future.

Three people will receive the lovely Word Of The Year necklace from Lisa Leonard Designs.
In addition Lisa is offering a discount for readers. Enter "myword15" for 15% off your purchase.

One person will receive the Life Documented kit from the new Simple Stories collection by MemoryWorks.
Your photos and memories are far too important to keep in a box, store on a computer or bury in a pile. We know life is busy and at times it feels nearly impossible to keep up with all of life's demands - yet alone find time for the things you enjoy like your scrapbook hobby and preserving your memories.

My word this year it "Delivery" at the moment but think it sounds a bit to formal so trying to think of another. Delivery is all about actually doing the things I want and need to for the year - I accomplished most I had set out for 2009 but a few key issues didn't happen so this year... I am going to deliver on them!

My word for 2010 is change. I am tired of my pessimistic view of everything so I am going to turn the tables and look at everything as a learning experience and to find joy in the little things in life.

My word is PATIENCE. I just had my second baby and I will need all the patience in the world to deal with a newborn and a 3 year old... and a cranky husband, haha.

My word this year is finish. Firstly, I'm resting up and getting ready to start school again (almost finished yeah!). I'm also knitting from my basket, and not starting anything new. Tomorrow I'm hoping to finish cleaning up my scrapbooking area.

My word is "accomplish." I'm bad about starting projects and then getting overwhelmed or bored and leaving it unfinished. This is the year to complete all of those projects that are in mid-stage.

My word is healthier. Healthier financial choice, healthier physical choices, healthier choices of my use of time, healthier choices of relationship time. One step at a time - we have a whole year to make changes and move forward.

My word is ENJOY. Enjoying the little things in life no matter how small. A drink of wine, a smiling boy, a hug from a friend. The early morning birds as I go for a walk.

My word for 2010 is BALANCE - when I listen to myself talk about me it seems all about work - so this year I resolve that I will balance my world with both work and play and health.....it seems that I am too busy working to take care of me which means I am not at my potential to either work or play or be healthy. So I will take time each day to do something healthy ( be it excersize, eat healthy , relax ) , take time to play ( read, watch a movie or create ) and still accomplish the work requirements that I have - but in a much more balanced way.
Thank you for the chance to win a prize - Happy 2010

My word this year is niche, and starting tomorrow I am revamping and revising my cover letter so that I can hand in my resume to the police for a dispatch position. Fingers crossed!

My word is "go", as in let it go or lets go. I have a tendency to want to stand still....remembering and reciting this word daily will get me moving in the right direction - forward.

My word is LISTEN. I'm taking a few extra moments before I get out of bed and when I get into bed to LISTEN to the thoughts that come into my mind at the beginning and end of every day. Part of my intention around LISTEN is to truly pay attention to what my inner voices say in addition to all around me and not go through my life so habitually and unconsciously.

My word for the year is health. It is the thing I took most for granted. I am dedicating myself to healthier eating. I want to empower my health by eating more real food, and less fast food.
I lost over 200 pounds 8 years ago, and I let over 35 of them creep back onto my body. I did this by eating bad foods. I started focusing on my eating late in '09, and I have been able to shed 30 of those pounds so far. I would like to lose at least 10 more. Instead of concentrating on the number on the scale, I am instead concentrating on the healthiness of my eating and foods.
Thanks for a chance to win these wonderful prizes. I love visiting your blog!

My word for 2010 is CHANGE.
This is the year I finalize my plans to head back to school...and finish. As I am older now and have a son, bills and "Real Life" this is a huge scary step for me. I have realized that if I want more out of my life as in goals I want to reach and the whole "where I want to be in 10 years" then back to school it is.
This word hits me pretty hard, is powerful and packs a punch everytime I think about it. I think it is naturally evolved from my previous years words (happy, truth, try).

My word for 2010 is ENERGY. Yesterday DH took a photo of me jumping so I can do a layout about it, which will help to inspire my word to become my reality this year.

Oh wow, what fabulous giveaways! I am leaning toward JOY (possibly joie de vivre) but am still working through my thought process to be sure that's the fit for 2010!
