Week In The Life : Reader Submissions Part One
Tags:So many great Week In The Life project images have been sent my way the last couple of weeks. Some paper, some digital, and some that really cool mixture of both. One of the biggest things I love to see is the variety of people,
places, countries, situations, lifestyles, phases of life, etc of the people
participating in this project. Thanks to everyone who has shared their
work with me both through email and on the Flickr
group.
Stay tuned for more samples tomorrow.

fun and so inspiring! I especially like what Jess did with a symbol or element integral to each page.

Hi Ali,
Love all the great layouts- here is a link to my pages as well. http://scrapbits.typepad.com/scrap_bits/2010/04/a-week-in-the-life-as-per-ali-edwards.html
This is a really fun project, and cool that you can do it any "week in your life" depending what you have going on (or not going on!)

Is it too late to share? Can't wait to have a chance to follow the links and browse in depth. Is it just me, or have scrapbooking magazines gone flat since we have the opportunity to see so many wonderful examples of great ideas an in-the-moment stuff right online?

Oh, Ali... thank you for collecting these and posting them! It's amazing to see how everyone interprets the project and documents their own week. I absolutely love all of the pages and the stories that they tell about our everyday. This project is one of my all-time favorites!
I forgot about the WITL Flickr group so I just went and uploaded mine (it's also on my blog: http://lisacohen.typepad.com/my_weblog/2010/05/week-in-the-life-project-2010-witl.html).

Yeah, me too! Great concept for more of an illustrated journaling approach. Very serene, I like how the "element" can tell a whole story on its own the way it is presented (instead of being tucked away as a decoration).

I think you rock! Have you read Seth Godin's book Linchpin? You are exactly what he talks about in this book. An artist who gives it away (I know you have commercial products, but the freebies are your heart)and launches amazing things out in the world. Thanks for sharing your ideas, passions, family....your story.
