I look forward spreading joy and celebrating the holidays by taking the time to make homemade goodies for my friends and loved ones. I also look forward to continuing our holiday traditions and having great experiences, new and old. And, while I'm fortunate to get to spend a good amount of time with my family holiday season or not, I am always extra grateful and excited about spending time with my family and loved ones during the holidays. I am especially excited about the holiday season this year because my significant other will be back home from spending his first semester of law school out-of-state (a whopping 2000 miles away)!! :)

Last Christmas was a bit sad. I didn't have the physical or emotional strength to be in the spirit so this year I really am looking forward to the holidays. I want to be "in the moment" and take time to enjoy all of it. My children are 14 and 17 and I look forward to spending time with them and our two "beasts", our yellow labs. I am hoping for a wonderful Chirstmas season.
