Special? I have the most wonderful family & friends so I have to be special to deserve them!

I am the quintsicential "everywoman." Individual, wife, stepmom, furbaby mom, employee, maker.... Just an archetype (insert ironic grin here! :8)

I try to see things from other peoples' perspectives and give them the benefit of the doubt.

I’m special because I like doing all the stereotypically “man” chores around the house… Making decks, changing light fixtures, etc. But i like crafting too!

Im no more special than the next person! We're all special.

I am one of those people others find easy to talk to. I readily empathize with others and genuinely care about them. Thank you for the opportunity to participate in this special week!

I am special because I strive to be positive and happy in spite of suffering from depression.

I am special because I have become the hub of the wheel that makes up my family. It's wonderful to be connected with everything that goes on around here and I feel so lucky!

Wow! Kind of difficult for me to pat myself on the back, but I can't give myself the credit....I give it all to God! He has given me the gift of giving....emotionally and material things! My motto in life..."it is better to give than receive". I am a wife, step mom to 3 beautiful children, grandmother, and care giver to my mom who now suffers from dementia. My door is always open to the homeless....people and animals! My husband and I have saved many injured and abandoned animals. We have also given the homeless and hopeless a place to live, food to eat and an honest days work. I love art and writing and love sharing these great gifts with others!

I guess something special about me is I'm told I have a great sense of humour and can make people laugh.

As others have noted, this is such a tough question but it really shouldn't be! One thing that I think is special about me is my ability to relate to all types of people and get along with just about anyone. Thanks so much for this giveaway.

I'm due my 6th major spinal operation in bout 3 months & though it's tough getting to the end, it's so worth it when I get there! :-)

I like to organize large art events, and I think I'm pretty good at it.

I think what is special about me is my drive. I was recently laid off from a job that I had for almost 13 years. After looking on line for jobs to apply for, I see that a college degree is required, no matter how much experience you have. So I am going back to school. I know that it is going to be a long road, but I am determined to do this - even though I still have to find some work, I am going to get my degree!

I find that expressing myself through my art has made me a better person by revealing a part of myself to my friends and family. I share my art and feelings by giving them a piece of art that I created. I have been blessed by being able to take so many classes from talented artists like Tim Holtz, Laurie Mika, Christi Friesen and so many other talented people that share their love of art and creativity with others.

What makes me special humm...I'm the stubborn strong willed child that loves hard, I am the single mother of a beautiful 10 year old daughter that I have raised by myself, I love help people anyway I can whether it is giving the a roof over their head, fixing a meal, couponing to feed their homes, taking them where they need to go, while personally striving to consistently show the love of Jesus! My daughter and I travel the east coast dancing for the Lord with my awesome pastor and dance team, while I find time to make special handmade items to help provide for my household and bless others so they can decorate their lives with memories...
