My word for 2013 is "YES!"...I've made the commitment to say yes to life, to say yes to what shows up any given moment, to say yes to change and to loving and to peace and to all I hold dear....and to say YES to the year long class at BPC!!!!!!! It feels so good to say it fiercely out loud...YESSSSSSS!!!!!!!!!!!

My one little word is resilience. It stems from an oriental proverb that if you get knocked down 7 times, you get up 8 times. That was last year - a lot of knocking down. This year will be about getting back up, making positive strides without dwelling on the setbacks. I love one little word, Ali. Thank you so much!

Loving this list of words. This is my first
'one little word' year and I am very excited to see where this journey will take me. The word I have chosen is "wholehearted" :-)

My word is FEARLESS. It's a huge word for me, but everything else didn't fit for this year. I want to climb some big mountains, and face some situations that I've ignored for awhile. Yes, I am afraid but fearlessness isn't the absence of fear, but the bravery to do it anyway. My word definitely found me this year.

Happy is my word for 2013. I think in the past I've mistaken my goals/resolutions for my OLW. This year, for me, it's about an attitude. :)

My word this year is REMEMBER.

Hoping to plan my days with meaningful moments that are memorable, and am also hoping to journal at least 3 things from each day to help remember the moments. :)

My word for this year is still undecided, but I am thinking it will be ZEN. One question I have is will this year's OLW activities be different than in past years, or are they along the same lines? I am debating signing up for the class and though I did not post often last year I did follow along silently.
