Wow! What an emotional video. One of my all time favorite songs. My sister sings it so beautifully. I think I'll have to call her so she could sing it to me. Thanks for sharing. Goes to show we could do anything if we put our hearts and minds to it. We CAN.
Wow...Just what I needed tonight...Being a parent is an awesome undertaking...There is nothing like the love you have for your children...Thank you for sharing this beautiful reminder of what life is about...
You my friend touch my heart in so many ways!

Wow, thanks for making me cry at work (lousy cheap tissues we have here, too). Of course I had to look up more details of their story and was fascinated--when they first started participating in triathlons, the father didn't even know how to swim!
I've been "training" for my first mini-triathlon to support Cure Autism Now (http://cantriathlon.org/index.html) that'll take place next April and have been whining about the difficulty of finding time to get to the pool and gym, so most of my training has actually been finding excuses for NOT training. This video was great for helping me to gain a little (or a lot of) perspective--thanks!
What an amazing thing this father and son have together. They truly embrace the idea that you can do anything that you put your mind to.
I think I'm going to go watch the Boston Marathon next year... I'd love to watch these two cross the finish line :)
Ali, thank you so much for posting this video. Is actually the first time I see it, I am not a big fan of TV so I didn't know about it like everyone else. But this came just about time for me, you know when we all feel stressed out about our own lives, we thinks we have it hard, that everything is so difficult and that we suffer and because of that we can't see how lucky we are in life, well, this video came this morning to tell me a little bit about how selfill sometimes we are that we don't see many wonderful things in life, this two wonderful man enjoying life just life we all should do every single day!, what a joy. thanks!.
Thank you for the reminder that life can always be more than what is going on in your little circle. I needed that extra push/reminder, Life is what you make of it! So make it a good one!!!
