Oooh, very exciting! I'm so inspired by you! I always told my hubby how much I enjoyed seeing new things from you, and was UBER EXCITED to learn you're from Euguene Oregon!!! We're from Monroe/Junction City (though we're currently in Germany, onour way home from Kuwait. Great album in itself!!). My 4 year old daughter LOVES pictures, colors, and books, so I was hoping to get together with her and have her help me make a mini book of pictures, papers and embellishments that she loves. Congrats! Can't wait to get home and see it!

this book is going to be great! I would love a copy!
My favourite mini that I have done was one I did this past valentines day. It's made up of pictures of my boyfriend and I through the past 4+ years that we have been together, with room for it to expand. I love it :)

I am currently working on a minibook for my father-in-law. Two weeks ago, we hosted a surprise 75th birthday party for him and I wanted him to have the party pictures in a special book. Wish me luck! :-)

I did a 4x6 mini digital album for my parents while they were visiting at christmas. I designed most of the pages before they got here, plopped in pictures as I took them, and had more than half the book printed and ready to give them before they left!
I finished up the remainder and mailed to them within days of when they left.
I loved that album!!

Your book looks fabulous! I am currently working on two mini-albums. One of a trip to a local lake beach vacation and one of memories of the last 11 years with my hubby. I will give this to my husband for our 11 year anniversary. Thanks for your great ideas!

I recently made a mini-album with those fairly large paint chips you get at the hardware store. I chose bright colored chips in a variety of colors - I didn't repeat any chip. I put scraps of paper, little embellishments, ribons, rub-ons, and other goodies on each chip, then chose one special photo from the various vacations my husband and I have enjoyed during our now 12 years of marriage, on each page. Glued the *pages* back to back, then punched holes and joined with metal rings. The title of the album is "fun". This album reminds me of many fun times we've had together, especially because we enjoy travelling so much. I did include a couple of paint chips that were in varying sizes, just to mix it up a bit! This makes for a very easy (and inexpensive) mini album. I'm actually thinking of making one for my baby daughter using all pink/cream/green paint chips!
Thanks for reading!

My favorite mini-book is just a simple tag book I made to put my son's halloween photos in. It was so easy to make and I just love the colors.

I am crazy about autumn!!! So so so excited that it is just around the corner. I have a Maya Road chipboard minibook in the shape of a tree that I am planning on making in to a minibook to celebrate all the natural beauty of fall: trees, leaves, mums, pumpkins, apple orchards, etc.
The other one I am planning is one to celebrate that my beloved little nephew is starting "big boy" school this week!! He is starting kindergarten and I am going to be there his first day to document everything. I plan on making a mini tag book all about his first day of school!

My brother and my son share a special bond - at 20 months, I think my son considers "uncle bubba" his best friend. Last summer, I made a minibook of pictures of the two of them, and it made my brother tear up. He took it to work to show all his clients. I was surprised he was so touched by it. It brought out a softer side of my rough-and-tumble brother.
