I'm so thankful for the idea of doing mini books...I've been doing them for the past couple of months and LOVE them...I just did one for my nephew that I hadn't seen in 4 years and he LOVED it..I was able to complete it before he left and he was able to take it home with him and enjoy it...Thanks for the wonderful ideas...and inspiration.

I do a mini book for each month of the year. I use favorite pictures from the month and include any special events/occasions and stories I want the kids to remember. I love minibooks b/c they are the perfect size for my kids. I keep them in a big basket and they can go through them whenever they want. I love doing monthly minis as it gives me the opportunity to try many different techniques and methods (I always start from "scratch" i.e. not blank minis from manufactures.)
Can't wait to see your new book. it's on my birthday wish list....perhaps I will win it and not have to wait until November to get it :)
XO
Annie

I still love the clear minibook you made with the painted pages. I just took a class on Sat. at Picture Me Perfect in Fremont, CA where Patti taught an awesome minibook class. Lots of interactive pages.

My favorite mini book "so far" is the one I made of all the Halloween costumes my 3 kids have worn since they were babies. I devoted just 2 pages to each year. We love looking at it every Halloween seeing how our kids have grown and changed and how cute their costumes were! Kathy

I have always thought that I was an old pro at mini scrapbooks until last week. I was asked to display some of my work at a church gathering and I thought that I would take some mini books: that would be really cute, right? When I went to grab some, I had one that was finished, because the other is at the LSS. That's it! Two completed minis! How sad is that?!
So I plan on being hugely inspired by your new book, like I am with the others. Maybe it will help me actually finish another!
I currently am working on a beach mini. We'll see how long it takes me!

my favorite mini books are the ones I create that I keep for myself. Most of the time I make these as gifts for family and rarely keep them, so it's always nice to keep one for myself.

I just made a mini book about my granddaughers. They both had new hair cuts. Their mom wanted go get shots of them both to put on their blog. Well we ended up with tons some wonderful pictures that just shouted to me a mini "funny face" book. We are all enjoying it but none as much as the girls seeing themselves and all the "Funny Faces"

My favorite mini book that I did (so far) is the ABC book that I created for Brody about 2 years ago now. It was fun, he loves books - helped amazingly with combining my two favorite things - photos and Books!!!
Thanks for the giveaway!!!

Congrats on the new book!
I have a minibook in progress using photos from a Bermuda vacation taken before my scrapbooking days. I sent the negatives off for reprinting and spent a couple of days gathering papers and embellies...and my thoughts on the process. Now for the fun part...!!!

I have all your books. They are the ones I refer back to the most.
I plan on making a minibook of my husband and I after our future trip to Las Vegas. I always scrapbook my daughter so I thought this would be a nice "us" only book.
