The mini album that I am working on at the moment is for my oldest son who is away at school and it is a collection of letters of advice and love sent to him from my mom, who passed away suddenly 2 1/2 months ago.
I am really looking forward to your new book as I find your work really inspiring. Thanks for the opportunity to win a copy

I'm doing a mini of my very early youth. I realized recently my children have no real concept about who I am. I was the only child of elderly parents and they had both passed by the time my children were born. I want them to know more about me.

i have an empty 6x6 album to use. my idea is to give my 4 year old a disposable camera and let him have fun with it. then create the album with his pictures as he sees things.

My favorite mini-books I've made are ABC books for my boys, with each ABC very specific to their lives and personalities at the time. They each got them at the completion of kindergarten. Another good one is the mini-book that I made for DH that tells the story of us. Since we didn't have a lot of photos from dating, I didn't have enough to make a large album. The books I would like to make for Christmas this year are recipe books for my sisters-in-law with family recipes in them, so they'll all be in one place.
Enjoy the convention this week!

My fave book was a house-shaped minibook which I made totally from scratch (covers and all) and each double-spread featured a room in our house and details about what I liked about it etc :) Will be very special to have in the future.

My favorite mini-albums ( I can't choose between them) are 2 I have just completed. One was made completely from felt that I had sewn with brightly coloured embroidery thread as an accent, and it contained photos of my husband and 2 girls playing in the garden. The other is one I finished just yesterday and was a plain chipboard album, stamped words and accents and pictures of my eldest daughter( just an album of her). I loved the simplicity of both the albums and the ability to showcase some beautiful pictures and journaling in the time it takes me to complete a LO.

A mini book is forming in my brain regarding these 3 home themed events of this summer
1.We are moving to a new home in a new city
2.My mom just died and my childhood home is now empty and waiting new owners.
3. My college senior daughter moved into her first new home away from the dorm.

I actually have never made mini books, but I have been collecting some things to get some started. I am planning on making one for each of my daughters. I want to make mini books of the day they were born and the people that came to visit them. They are 2 and 10 months. Thank you for the chance to win one.

Wow-this book would serve as the perfect teaching tool and inspiration I need to push me over the hump. I have all my supplies, pictures, and the desire to make my first mini-book for my goddaughter's first birthday but I just don't exactly know where to begin.
Crossing my fingers!

I'm really excited to start creating a mini book about my elementary-highschool years (specifically about my schooling). I don't have a ton of pictures, but the ones I have are really good and I have put together an awesome kit for myself. I'm really excited to get started!!

My favorite (and hardest one to do) minibook was the one I did to document our journey to parenthood from trying to have a baby and ending with our dd's adoption.

Can't wait to get this book :) My favorite mini book is the one I do each year with my favorite photos in it, one photo for each month. Super simple and so fun to look back at through the years.

I am really looking forward to making a minibook about my trip to paris last summer with my husband for our 15th anniversary. It was a very romantic and fun trip and I have some great pictures. It was only a short trip, so a minibook seems appropriate, and yet the task will be narrowing down the photos...

Love all your books - you just have an amazing way of telling your "story." I've truly enjoyed watching Simon grow through the years and was ecstatic to find out that you were having another! I'm taking Stacy's Have More Fun class and I've got all my product/pics ready to complete a mini-book on our recent trip to the beautiful Mount Vernon (George Washington's home). Just waiting for my little monsters to get back in school! Stay well!

My fave mini book is one I made inspired by you using MME transparency frames and very simply documenting my visit to the Annual Spring 'Floriade' flower festival last year.
