Lemonade, tank tops, the smell of sunscreen, vacation!

Super easy--more time with my husband! He's a teacher, so the summer months are FILLED with family time! Yay Summer!!!

Sleeping in with the girls, swimming in grandma's pool, sticky fingers from ice cream and frozen popsicles, catching fireflies, trips to sandy beaches, bright blue mornings and breezy, starry nights..and slipping between cool, air conditioned sheets at the end of a hot, laughter filled day.

the BEACH! I love going to the beach all year round, even when it's cold here in RI. But there is something so heavenly about the ocean sounds, smell and sun on a summer day. c'mon summer!

I love going to the beach. Everyday I plan to be at the beach.

It's almost winter here so right now, I would be happy not to have to drag a jumper/jacket along everywhere I go!

It is so funny that the giveaway is for a Lemonade Kit because my favorite thing about summer is lemonade.
My best friend Holly and I have always said that we will grow old together and one day be sipping lemonade on one of our porches while watching our grandchildren play in the yard.
We're both only 26 so we have many more years of friendship to spend together. Every year we get each other a small lemon or lemonade gift to remind each other of this bond.

summer means camping with friends, lots and lots of BBQs, floating on a pontoon, working in the garden and catching a baseball game every now and again. I LOVE SUMMER!

LOVE all things summer (except maybe the mosquitos). Love the schedule-free days, popsicles, outdoor concerts, the beach, a good book under a shade tree, long evening walks. Love it all!

I love sitting on my front porch with a nice breeze, a cool drink and my kids playing in the yard (and getting along---I can dream, right?)

My favourite thing is less schedule!! of any kind!! This will be the last summer before my daughter leaves for college - it will be special!

For me it's all about the light. I love waking up to the sun and having the lingering light in the evening...and fireflies!

Oh the summer months! My favorite thing about them is the semi-cool mornings when I can sit by the pond and the cold pool in the hot afternoon!!! The days are long, the pace is slow and life is great!

My best summer thing is a vanilla ice cream cone in a sugar cone with chocolate dip and nuts! Then take the cone and walk along the beach... with my toes in the water. LOVE IT!

In the summer I love hanging out by the pool with family, BBQs and all the yummy summer season fruits that are available :)

Cooking outside on the grill and then eating it outside on the deck. I love that. It's so much easier for some reason.
