My favorite thing about the summer is the looonnnnngggg days. I love that at 8pm, there's still light outside!

I love going on family vacations. I love the planning, the going and doing, the remembering. I love to travel!

Anything outdoors...especially the sun and the beach!

I love my beautiful backyard. I especially like to read on my patio lounge chair. I eat most of my meals at the table out there. Summer in Colorado is the nicest summer I've ever seen, and I've lived all over the world!

Since I am buried in laundry this morning, my favorite summer thing might just have to be no socks to wash and sort!

I love watching baseball games! And having friends over for cookouts on friday nights.

I really miss the summer's of my youth, running the neighborhood, with no worries or cares. However now, I just like the change of pace, spending time with the girls, and getting a chance to work on some different things.

My favorite things about summer are Air Conditioning and Iced Tea! Although here in Houston we have both all year round, it seems that much cooler in contrast with the heat and humidity.

I love the earlier sunrise. As a morning person, it is a good thing to have daylight during my most productive time of the day.

Summer for me is taking an evening swim in our litte lake. I´m all alone with nature. Love it!

I get to take my two wonderful granddaugters out to lunch. They are eight and six and there's always so much to talk about.

My favorite things about summer are the impromptu picnics--especially ones near creaks or parks with streams for swimming! I love a new routine, popsicles, and less laundry (fewer layers of clothes)!

Mostly spending time with my son during the day and calm evenings as a family. We like to go to the outdoor movies; swim together; and open the lemonade stand.

This is an easy one, CAMPING! We love to get out and just be in nature for days on end. Really looking forward to finding some new spots in OK.

Watching my children learn to swim at the pool. Meeting the whole family there. Coming home to grill on the back porch. Long, wonderful days.

I love all the fresh fruit readily available everytime I walk in the grocery store... peaches, plums, cantelope, watermelon, and strawberries. That signals summertime in my mind. Our three year old boys have "grown up" eating bowls and bowls of fruit and is our all time favorite breakfast and snack treat.
