I love summertime! I love the fact that my boys are both home, we can play in the sprinkler in the backyard, sit on the patio and have popsicles, or just do nothing at all. I love the laid back feel of summertime..no schedule, no school!

What is there not to love about summer? The long hours of light, chasing fireflies, digging my toes in the sand...I could go on and on. I just love all that summer has to offer!

We've just spent the last several days planting our gardens, so this summer I am looking forward to a bountiful harvest of fresh vegetables. I just love how ripe, newly picked tomatoes taste like sunshine!

I look forward to the celebrations of lights, a 4 day fireworks festival that draws hundreds of thousands of people. We usually go early and have a picnic, play games, and stroll among the vendors until it gets dark enough for the show.

I love having a bonfire and roasting marshmallows :)

My all time favorite thing about summer is sun tea! :) I love putting it on my porch and letting it brew all day in an old pickle jar, best tea ever.

i love summer in MT because it stays light out almost until 11 & we can hang out on the back patio with a fire in the fire pit & count the stars!

My husband and I take a bunch of little trips in the summer (works out better with work) and do things like go camping to get out of the heat for a little bit. Makes for good memories to scrapbook!

I love about summer:
The days are longer, and people seem to be so much happier when there is sunlight!
I also enjoy meeting friends at a lake and having a nice chilled barbecue or picknick!

ah wednesday, my favorite day of the week! summer loves: the veggies coming out of the ground, vintage markets, farmer's markets and bbq gatherings with friends.
