I love the feeling of sand beneath my toes, the smell of clean laundry drying outside, drinking icy cold homemade lemonade and wearing cut off jeans with flip flops.

Summer is my vacation time. Time to regroup and do fun things with family.

My favorite thing about summer is having my kids home from college. That is actually the only thing I like about summer - hate the heat and sunshine - love rainy, cloudy days!

My favorite thing about the summer months, can sometimes turn into my least favorite thing-- I love the sunshine. Although it can get incredibly humid and hot (like a sauna) down here in Louisiana, I just love stepping out into the sunshine and taking a roadtrip to the beach or lake... can't beat it!

I actually enjoy drinking fresh lemonade on the hot summer days...being from souther california we get plenty of hot days!

the fesh produce from our CSA...oh yeah...and the awesome field of pick-your-own flowers that comes with the membership...this alone is worth the price! i can't wait!

It's a bit sad but my favourite thing about summer is getting my washing outside to dry! 2nd favourite would be the children being able to play outside. It always makes them happy!

Summer just invokes a feeling of freedom, the days are longer, laughing kids, relaxing outside. It's my favorite time of the year.

My favorite thing about summer months are our family's annual beach trip to Florida. A great week of relaxation and fun.

Bonjour! My favorite thing during summer is that we can still go out for pique-nique after work! We just grab whatever we find in the fridge and we go out.

I love having less schedules to work around. If we want to go away for a few days as a family we just pack up and go, if we want to stay up late and sleep in we just do it! Summer feels so free!!!!

I love that I can sleep a little later in the mornings, don't have to pick my son up at school, summer vacation and the pool, Italian ices and flip flops :)

The best thing about summer is no schedule, no homework, warm weather, shorts and t-shirts, flip-flops, and watermelon!
