My favorite thing about summer is the longer days with sunshine. It makes it hotter outside (which I don't like), but it feels like the days are longer with the extra hours of sunshine --> more time to do stuff with my family like play outside and walk around in the neighborhood.
I'm looking forward to scrapbooking our new summer memories.

My favorite thing about the summer months are all the wonderful events and activities that New York City has to offer. There are free movies in the park, jazz on the pier, street fairs, walking tours, museums, and botanical gardens. It is a great time to explore the city!

The my favorite thing about summer would be getting to spend more time with my daughter who goes to school & also swimming everyday! living in Florida it's summer all the time. I love going for walks in the morning before the heat of the day & while everyone is still asleep.

My favourite thing about summer - it's still light after I get home! I love sitting out in the garden in the evening, having a quiet glass of wine with my hubby before dinner, or even eating outdoors.

Well, I live in Alaska so summer is very short here! What I love is that it stays light for 23 hours of the day, we have to take advantage of the sun and the warmth while we can!

I love getting into a hot car after a long day of swimming.

My favorite thing about the summer months is that I am off work. I am a school counselor, and I love being off when my son is out of school. This gives us lots of time to spend together as a family, having fun and making memories.

impromptu evenings a the park with friends. (and letting the kids stay up way to late because it is a nice cool night and everyone is just happy)

Not having to nag my kids about getting their homework done!

I love the sunshine, the warmth, the flip-flops, water parks, fireworks, summer is my favorite season!

My favorite part of summer is that moment that will come next Monday, after I've turned in my semester grades, when I realize that, at least until summer school starts, there are no papers to grade, no students to fret about, and no classes to teach. For a few moments, I feel well and truly free.

My favorite thing about the summer months would have to be mine and my husband's birthday! We were both born on July 4, 1983, so we get to celebrate together every year! This year we will be making a small trip to DC to see the fireworks!

My favorite thing about the summer is sharing a love of the water with my son. Growing up I spent all summer at the pool and feel blessed that I get to do that again since my son loves the pool. We go everyday and it is our special thing. My husband is a non-swimmer and is taking lessons now so he can share in our shared joy.
