Today I'm joining a protest of perfection with a giveaway of my friend Dr. Brené Brown's new book The Gifts of Imperfection: Let Go of Who You Think You're Supposed to Be and Embrace Who You Are
I'm going to keep this simple: this book could change your life. You'll laugh, probably cry, learn a bunch about shame, resilience, kindness, letting go, compassion, mindfulness, and come out of the experience with ammunition for the fight against perfectionism.
Perfection is so over-rated. Imperfect is beautiful and real.

Okay I can't keep up... you suggest the most amazing books! Just recommended The Art of Non-Conformity to my book club and hoping it'll get on our agenda, but now this one looks so good too! Maybe that is another area of your blog to create - book reviews/book list :-)
