What is your happiness today?

My happiness is receiving final approval from our lender to go ahead with the purchase of our property (5 acres!) and build our home. Yippee!

I had loads today...
farmers market, kettle corn, Banana & coconut frapp, flamingoes on my lawn, and 2 (count 'em 2) "miss"s, not ma'ams! Life is good!

Two things today - When I get off of work I am going to watch my 6yo dd in gymnastics class. Two - I made a committment today to join the Crohns & Colitis Foundation of America and sign my family up participate in the CCFA Guts & Glory Walk with the Georgia Chapter. You see, my dd has ulcerative colitis and this will help raise money for research. Pretty cool eh. Thanks for the flowers, they are so pretty.

The fact that it has been overcast, cool and cloudy but hasn't rained today, which means the workmen have probably finished the deck which I've been saving and waiting 5 years to add to the back of my house. After 5 years - hurray! From my kitchen door, I will see a glorious deck and container garden while I wash my dishes, instead of an empty space 9 feet off the ground.
And this comes in time to celebrate my 50th birthday, happily and hopefully healthily, in my own back yard, surrounded by my friends. More happiness indeed.

My hubby giving me a handwritten anniversary card this morning, written from the heart. Brought a few, happy rolling tears from me. When he handed it to me he added, 'btw, there's no embellishments on it'. That made me laugh!

that my house is clean and that little princess slept from 10PM-6AM. ahhh. it's the simple things, isn't it? :)

I fianlly cleared out the playroom and shampooed the carpets. Yeah!! It's so neat and clean in there....until tomorrow. But today it makes me a Happy mom.

knowing God is with me...good and bad.

My happiness is spending all day on a field trip with my daughters first grade class. Some may find it a little stressful to be around so many 6 and 7 year olds all day, but I loved it. Just a bunch of great kids! I loved watching their little faces light up with amazement as they saw different things. I'm also amazed by the amount of energy they have at that age. Aw, if there was just a way to bottle that up and share it with the grown ups! LOL!

My happiness today will be that big hug I get from hubby when I finally get home from work. It calms me, centers me and makes me feel safe and happy all at the same time :)

my hapiness today? the same as it is every day. my wonderful husband and two great kids. every day I am thankful that I am part of a wonderful relationship and a wonderful family! This is my gift everyday.

I am loving that it is Friday (NZ time) today. Woohoo! I can't wait to enjoy my weekend. :)

today my happiness is cleaning...and making to do lists...just got back from 2 weeks out of state...have to get things back under control here...
i never thought i'd say cleaning made me happy...but today it does.

My happiness today -- walking down to our "goat barn" and finding two mamma ducks sitting on eggs (my nine year old tells me about fifteen eggs are in the nest). Wow! fifteen ducklings--that is happy! 9am 6/8/06

That my little boy (3 yrs old) randomly yelled to me from the other room today that he loves his little sister (1 yr old)---awwwww--made my heart smile :)

whats making me happy TODAY? we are closing on our first home tomorrow. So exciting, Im shaking! My babyman(11 months old) is a happy, smiley boy. My dog, Roo the wonder-pug, snoozing on my lap as I type. and finally - knowing I only have 9 more days of work until summer vacation! its a VERY happy day in my world!

My happiness, a package by the door from my favorite scrap store waiting to be torn into. It helps tht it was sitting next to a beautiful planter of flowers that has not died yet.

After the horrid shelf of tupperware came crashing down onto the floor this morning(a regular happening) my two and a half year old son said, be tareful Mommy, be tareful:)

Loving that today I am 30!
Life is good and it's only going to get better!
