Today I am proud of my son, Simon. He will be going to school for the first time, this Tuesday! He has been homeschooled through 1st grade. Second grade will bring a whole new world for him. He can't WAIT! Today he asked "how many more sleeps until school starts". I'm glad he's excited, I think I might cry.

Hey Ali,
Today, I am proud to be a Mom. My two wonderful daughters are working to achieve their goals. One is a very talented artist with her first solo show next month. My other daughter was a drama major and so she is doing the waitress, receptionist etc. type jobs so she can pursue her passions. What a gift it is to have children with goals and a passion for life. I'm so lucky! Holly

Today, I am proud of my daughter and the progress she has made. She graduated from high school when no one thought that was possible. She continued on to the post secondary program and completed a year in a college program. (www.riverviewschool.org) She is now looking for work and has a great attitude. She has a job interview this week and today is working hard preparing herself for the interview.
My daughter is neurologically impaired. I am proud of her because she has to work so hard to accomplish things.

I made to church today after missing for the past 3 weeks due to a surgery. It was good to see everyone that had called, sent cards, brought homemade meals to me and my family or simply prayed for a successful surgery and speedy recovery.

I am proud to be a Stay At Home Mom with more duties than I ever imagined. The work is endless, tiresome and most often goes unnoticed, but I love it. After spending years working for big companies, I really like this small company called family. Its just great.

I'm proud that I'm sticking with it. College, that is. Even though it's taking me longer than most of my friends, and I've had some doozy set backs, my family is still supporting me and the end is in sight! I guess I'm also proud that I have a family that lets me make my mistakes and then helps me get through them.

I am proud of my son-in-law Jason who is serving our country in Afghanistan. He has a 3 mo old son he will not see until October when he comes home on R&R. He has a wife (my daughter) and 3 yr old son that miss him terribly. I am proud of all of our service men and women making sacrifices to keep us free.
