My biggest problem is too many pictures and not enough time to scrapbook so the pictures remain in little piles all of my space. I really want a better system to declutter!

My biggest photo challenge has to be lighting. So many of my photos are
either way to dark,or really "blown".
    Thanks!

my biggest photo struggle is that i love to take photos all the time--am even doing project 365 this year (though it may be project 10000 with all i've taken so far) but i struggle to make the time to document the stories behind them. i get caught up in the capturing of the every day and not focused enough on preserving what it means to me.

My biggest struggle is now with a digital camera I take way more pictures and yes can delete the awful ones, but then there are 3 almost exactly the same of my oh so cute kid and I can't decide which one to keep. So I keep all 3 and pritn them, but then can't put them on the same page...that would be silly.
So, yes I have better pics with the digital, but have way more of them.

My biggest photo struggle is taking way too many pictures of the same thing and then trying to just keep one or two of the best shots. I have difficulty deleting the pictures from my computer which is a problem because I have way to many to begin with.

I stumbled on your blog when I was looking at Shabby Princess. I love your photography! Thanks for your inspiration.
My biggest struggle is not having the best equipment. My pictures are always the strange face the second after the perfect smile. But my dream camera is on it's way. I can't wait!

I have a couple of problems that hold me back with photos:
remembering to take my camera to GET the photos
    and
being a little shy about asking others to take pictures so that I can be in them
Maybe that's weird! Would love to see the new book!
    Thanks,
    Lou

No hope for me (lol) but my challenge is knowing how to use my camera when I'm so busy! I have a Canon Rebel XTi with regular lens. I take lots of pictures to practice, but it just doesn't improve from there! There's so many cool things to do but it costs so much money to learn anything!

My biggest struggle is my storage and organization. I have boxes of pictures, sorted by year at least, but those boxes aren't all together in one area. They're wherever we have room!

Making sure I take close up and far away. i wlaways think of your layouts when you use your square punch adn I want to make sure I can do that too, so they all aren't needing to be 4x6.

my biggest photo struggle is knowing what to get rid of. i take a zillion pics of every event so that i can get those few great shots and then it is tough to go through and REALLY get rid of the stuff that i just can't use...especially when you say..."Use those not so good photos!" :)

My biggest photo struggle is simple - lighting. Especially in low light situations. I have a fast lens, but it's not wide enough. I have a wide lens, but it's not fast enough. And mixing the two is too expensive for me right now. I struggle with getting inspiration from my washed out flash pictures from Christmas. Or if I don't use flash, they are blurry. It's hard!!

By far, my biggest photo struggle is managing them for the long-term. I take SO MANY photos that my laptop memory is full; even after I burn CD's and put the photos on my external hard-drive, I have to fight with myself to delete them from my laptop and memory cards!

Wow, do I ever need help trying to organize three decades of photos and a computer full of photos from the last few years with no good filing system. At least I'm journaling as I go, but it would be great to have some starting point with these pictures. Thanks for the chance to win.

Getting good action pix are still a challenge for me as well as dealing with shadows that I didn't want in the shot.

My biggest photo struggle would have to be trusting my eye and believing in the shot. I tend to hesitate and totally miss the shot. But there are times when I absolutely surprise myself.

    Hi Ali -
My BIGGEST struggle when dealing with my photos is trying to decide from the hundreds that I take, which ones to create pages & stories of. There are sooooo many stories that I want to tell about my family, my community, our life, etc. If I were to scrap them all....wow....now there would be albums everywhere!!! Telling these stories -- the ones in the pictures -- are all that matter. Maybe i'll just leave the photos out (if that's the challenge) and just write a book.

I have recently discovered that I have perfectionism procrastination syndrome:) I have all these great elaborate ideas in my head but I never am organized enough to actually do them. I find time to do projects for others, but not for myself and my family. I need to be organized enough so that I can carve out small chunks of time in my day to work on my photos rather than having this huge looming project that will never get started. Help!
